Routing Your Inquiry

Not sure which service you need? Email anyway. Helping families figure out the right starting point is exactly what the intake consultation is designed to do, and there is no charge for that conversation.
A Note on Email and Response Times
Email is the preferred first point of contact at Coherence because it allows Chelsea to gather the basic information needed to direct an inquiry appropriately before a conversation is scheduled. Families are encouraged to include a brief description of their concerns, the age and grade of the child if the inquiry is for a child, and any relevant background that would help identify the right service and clinician.
All emails to info@coherenceneuropsych.com are reviewed during business hours and receive a response within one business day. Emails received after business hours or on weekends are responded to on the next business day.
