ADHD Treatment and Evaluation

Available From Both Clinicians

ADHD Treatment and Evaluation

At Coherence, Jennifer Linton Reesman, PhD, ABPP and Dr. Korrie Allen, PsyD, ABSNP provide neuropsychological evaluation for ADHD, and both clinicians provide support and treatment focused on ADHD-related challenges and executive functioning difficulties. This allows families to receive care that considers both the evaluation process and the everyday experiences that bring them to treatment.

For some families, the process begins with an evaluation to better understand attention, executive functioning, learning, emotional factors, and other areas that may be contributing to difficulties. For others, families may already have an ADHD evaluation from another clinician and are seeking support with strategies, skills, and treatment. In those situations, existing evaluation information can help guide treatment planning and provide a clearer understanding of the child’s or adolescent’s needs.

When evaluation and treatment occur within the same practice, clinicians can collaborate directly with appropriate authorization. This allows recommendations to be connected to the individual’s actual profile rather than relying only on a general understanding of ADHD.

The goal is to provide support that reflects the specific child, adolescent, or adult being treated, including their strengths, challenges, environment, and daily experiences. ADHD may look different across individuals, and effective treatment begins with understanding what is actually happening in that person’s life.
